I should probably start by telling you all what I'm doing and why in the world I decided to do it in the first place, and why you should read about it.
It all started when my sister and I watched a documentary on netflix called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". An Australian man worked out religously and juiced only organic fruits and vegetables (no solid foods) for 60 days and not only lost a remarkable amount of weight but also cured himself from multiple ailments he had had 60days prior to juicing.

There is his website if you are interested in his story.
Anyways, I'm lazy. I like to sleep, don't eat all meals I'm suposed to, and never go to the gym. In fact I kick and scream if I have to. I'm one of those people who will look down one day and say "hmm my belly looks different" go to the gym for a month look down again and say " Yup, that's better" and then continue on with my life. I hate the gym with a passion and have to force myself to go everytime. My sister and boyfriend are gym freaks and will spend like 2 hours at a time at the gym together giggling and frocklicking from treadmill to weights like it's "fun" or something. Nightmare...
So here is the deal. For the month of October I'm going to do a total body cleanse. Here are my rules/ schedule.
Week One: I'm going to juice all meals for a week. No solid foods. Im going to make sure I get in te appropriate amount of calories but I'm not going to workout this week, especially since while I detox from all the crap in my body I will probably feel like complete shit for the first couple days.
Week Two-Four: I will be getting up early to run with my dogs at the dog park in the morning, eat healthily, juice lunch and go to the gym during lunch hour, then walk again with the dogs at the dog park in the evening.
I know this is not going to be easy, but if all goes well I should be looking and feeling better and should be able to have my first drink on Halloween.
Here are my baisc rules for this cleanse.
1. No Alcohol
2. No solid foods first week
3. After week one, no fast food, and no fried food
4. No Corn, No Soy, No Wheat for entire month
5. No Chipotle (womp womp womp)
6. No Dairy (I'm lactose intolerant anyways so who cares)
Once I have my menu made out I'll try and post so you all can see it and comment on how terrible it is.
Here is why you should read my blog.
KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE!!!
If you all are on my butt about getting up and going running with the dogs it makes it easier for me to feel supported and get up and do it. Otherwise I will come up with every excuse in the book.
I would also appreciate if you all would remind me to post when you see me on facebook. Maybe then I will remember to blog more often.
Diet starts September 30th!
